We require a minimum of 2 days notice in advance. The attached spa is not a jacuzzi. It will only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the similar temperature. All pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components, which automatically shut off if the outside temperature drops below 50°F (no refund is provide in this case) This is optional and may not be available at times. Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is LOCKED UP then it is NOT to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay. About the resort. When you arrive at Solara Resort and place your luggage in your new Home-Away- from-Home. Everything you need to unwind, enjoy, and have a good time can be found right at the resort. Clubhouse Amenities The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills. No matter your level of surfing experience, a team of experts is on site to help you enjoy the waves to the fullest with day and week passes available as well as hour long private sessions for Groups of up to 8. Session should be scheduled 24 hours in advance. (fee is required for the FlowRider©).The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sun. Why not join them and let your inner child come out to play? When it’s time to take a break everyone will love to cool off with an ice-cream from the Solara Resort ice-cream parlor. If you forgot to bring your sunblock, pick one up at the sundries store to ensure you return home with a shimmering tan. Look Good – Feel Good What sports do you play? Or do you prefer to watch? Solara Resort includes a basketball court, volleyball court, and a full-size soccer field. If you’re not a sports-fan but like to stay in shape, you can workout in the large fitness center at the clubhouse. You’ll be sure to enjoy the cool AC when you go for a run.
