This splendid apartment, 5 minutes from the SNCF train station, can accommodate 6 people, with two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.
The bedrooms have a 160x190 bed and the living room has a sofa bed.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary equipment for a good stay such as a Vertuo coffee machine from Nespresso, a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave etc.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
The toilets are independent.

Household linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
You can enjoy the proximity of bars and restaurants after a beautiful day at the lake or in the mountains. ; you can move around without a car throughout your stay.
The apartment is located in a quiet street.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., you will be welcomed by a member of the team, please let us know your arrival time.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4 p.m. This can only be confirmed to you on the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late departure will be allowed if the accommodation is not taken over the same evening.
The morning of your departure, please remember to put the clean dishes back in the cupboards, put your bed linen and towels on the floor and empty your garbage cans in the room under the stairs of the main entrance.
To leave your suitcases until the train leaves, we offer free luggage storage at Annecy Rent Lodge at 4 rue Saint Maurice.
