2. The maximum number of guests on the property at any time (day or night) is strictly 14.
3. In accordance with local laws, all outdoor areas including decks, balconies, and pools are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are permitted at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are strictly prohibited; the property is equipped with noise alarms.
6. Parking: The driveway accommodates up to 5 cars. Additional cars, street parking, or parking on neighbouring properties is not allowed to prevent inconvenience to neighbours.
7. No Bucks, Hens, or Schoolies: To ensure a relaxing environment, these events are not permitted under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
8. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are prohibited both inside and outside. The property is fitted with sensitive smoke alarms.
