There’s another club house with a gym and a pool which is located in Nivata and can be used by our guests. The villa has a master bedroom with ensuite bathrooms on the upper floor and another bedroom on the ground floor. It has a living dining and fully equipped kitchen plus a washing machine. The guest has a full access of the whole villa except for our locked storage room. We’ll be available to assist if guests need any assistance or have any questions. Located in a complex with 24 hours security Minutes walk to the beach. You can rent a motorcycle if you wish to explore the areas Smoking is only allowed on the outdoor areas. Please ensure all doors and windows are closed when the air conditionings are on. Please keep the door and windows locked at night and whenever guests leave the villa.
