Welcome to our luxurious mountain-view condo featuring two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, perfectly located at the base of Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort.
This home is a second-floor condo with excellent golf and mountain views. Blackstone Flats offers its own clubhouse, heated pool, spa, and fitness rooms for guests and residents. Ideally located at the base of Canyons Village, guests can take a short five minute walk to the Canyons Cabriolet which carries visitors directly to the village, additionally during the winter guests have access to free on-demand shuttles as an alternative method to get to the slopes. A short walk to the local bus stop can also take you to Downtown Park City for free in electric buses which run all year long.
THE SPACE
Retreat in comfort at Carve City with its 1,200 sq. ft. of inviting living space. Rest well in two en-suite bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms. Whip up a delicious meal with quality Viking appliances in a well-stocked kitchen. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Enjoy the natural light, golf, and mountain views from each bedroom. During the winter, put on your ski boots in the home, walk outside to take a free on-demand shuttle to the ski slopes or a short walk to the Cabriolet. Soak, relax, and exercise at the Blackstone community’s heated pool, spa, and fitness room. As a bonus, every room has the comfort of its own fireplace and smart TV to retreat to.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with Viking appliances - fridge/freezer, oven/range, microwave, and dishwasher. Other appliances include Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and milk frother. The kitchen is stocked with crockery (plates, cups, bowls), flatware (knives, forks, spoons), and cookware (pots, pans, utensils).
THE LIVING AREA
In the living area you’ll enjoy a comfy couch, smart TV, fireplace, a sleeper sofa for two, and a dining table with seats for six.
BEDROOMS
Both bedrooms host their own king bed, smart TV, fireplace, and en-suite bathrooms.
BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms have double vanities and a hairdryer. One bathroom has a tub/shower and the other a large walk-in shower. There is also a half bathroom by the kitchen
PARKING
There is a dedicated indoor parking garage with one assigned parking space. Additional first come first serve outdoor parking is available.
THE COMMUNITY
Blackstone is a well-maintained community for vacation rental and permanent residency. It is a short walk to the Canyons Cabriolet and direct access to skiing, shopping, and dining options in the Canyons Village of the Park City Mountain Resort. In the winter, a free on-demand shuttle takes residents to all major locations in Canyons Village. Driving takes 10 minutes to Main Street in Park City, 10 minutes to Olympic Park, and 15 minutes to Deer Valley Resort. Blackstone also offers guests year-round access to its community clubhouse, fitness center, hot tub, and heated pool.
