THE NEIGHBORHOOD The private Bear Hollow community is a Park City gem because it’s beautiful, secluded, family-friendly and close to everything. Just 5 minutes to the slopes/hikes/rides at The Canyons, 10 minutes to Park City Mountain & Main Street, 15 minutes to Deer Valley Resort. Bear Hollow has a community clubhouse with a pool (summer), hot tub (year-round), gym, BBQs, a large lawn area for sports, plus there’s a more private hot tub just downstairs from The Oslo that’s exclusive to the small condo complex. The entrance that leads into Bear Hollow is less than a mile from the I-80 freeway, so it’s convenient to get to the airport and Salt Lake City. It’s also less than a mile to the restaurants, shops and amenities in Kimball Junction—oh and did we mention you’ll be just 2 short miles from the Park City Outlets with Nike, Adidas, Columbia, Levi’s and a lot more?
