Take in mountain, ski-slope and golf-course views at this Blackstone condo in Canyons Village. This bright, second-floor corner home sleeps eight, with two bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms, three fireplaces and a balcony for coffee or dinner outside. A kitchen with Viking appliances and free heated garage parking make it an inviting base for skiing, summer trails and fall escapes.
Nearby gondola access. The lower station of the new Canyons Village Skyway is a short walk from the condo. Planned to debut for the 2026/27 winter season, this 10-person gondola will connect the lower village with the Canyons Village base area for skiing, dining and shopping.
Winter skiing and evenings in the village. In winter, put on your ski boots at home and request a free ride through the Canyons Village Connect app. The van picks you up out front and drops you near the Sunrise Gondola, with short walks at either end. Service runs from morning into the evening for skiing, dining and shopping within Canyons Village. Check the app for seasonal hours; pickup times vary with demand.
Views and space to unwind. Large windows bring the mountain setting into the living and dining areas. Enjoy the balcony’s golf-course outlook, cook on the gas grill or relax by the living-room fireplace.
Two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The primary suite has a king bed and walk-in shower; the second bedroom has two queen beds, a work desk and a tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms have fireplaces and ensuite bathrooms with double vanities. A half bath serves the living area. Six guests sleep in bedroom beds and two on the American Leather queen sleeper sofa. A twin air mattress offers an alternative within the eight-person limit. A Pack ’n Play travel crib is also provided.
Kitchen and everyday comforts. The fully equipped Viking kitchen includes a Keurig for single cups or a full pot, plus a dining table for six and counter seating for two. Both bedrooms and the living room have Smart TVs with cable. Enjoy in-home Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, a ski rack and a boot dryer.
Shared Blackstone amenities. Your stay includes the HOA’s year-round heated outdoor swimming pool, community hot tub, fitness room with a Peloton bike and rowing machine, and clubhouse lounge. The hot tub is at the shared clubhouse.
Enjoy every season. Ski in winter, hike and bike in summer, and enjoy mountain colors in fall. Autumn invites trail outings, Main Street visits and evenings by the fireplace. Activities follow seasonal schedules and weather.
Parking, buses and e-bikes. One assigned space in the heated underground garage is included, plus outdoor parking when available. The building has an elevator. Walk a short distance to the free bus stop for trips around Park City; seasonal e-bike rentals are available at the same location outside winter.
Good to know. Keypad self-check-in. This second-floor condo has another unit above, and neighboring units may be audible. A separate development in nearby buildings may generate daytime construction noise. Maximum occupancy is eight. No smoking, pets, parties or events.
A note from Greg. I enjoy sharing ideas for skiing, dining and exploring Park City. Property Manager manages the condo and handles reservations and guest support.
