For reservations in this apartment, a purchase receipt or an invoice for individuals can be issued. In case you need a business invoice, please consult before booking, as not all owners are able to issue one. The business relationship is between the guest and the owner, not with Property Manager directly.
Property Manager is committed to our owners that their flats are protected during bookings. For that reason, we require all of our guests to pay a €300 damage deposit fee. However as an alternative, we can offer you the option to waive this payment by purchasing a non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver for €25 which will cover your liability for up to €300 of property damage during your stay. Also, please note the damage deposit is subject to a €10 administration fee which would be deducted from your chosen payment method.
