Our four-bedroom apartment, located in the beautiful area of Poblenou, is perfect for those travelling with friends or children and in the need to relax and have fun in Barcelona. It has been discretely decorated with charm and taste and the neighbourhood is also great - safe and family-friendly with plenty to do on your doorstep. With the nearest tube station, just three minutes walk away, exploring further afield could hardly be easier.
The first bedroom is the master room with ensuite, and it is light and airy with large windows and a comfortable queen size bed. All of the beds in the apartment are made up with fresh, luxury linens to ensure a great night’s sleep! You’ll also find plenty of storage space so you can get unpacking and start feeling at home right away - no need to live out of suitcases or backpacks.
The second room is fitted with three single beds also with fresh linens, perfect for a good nights rest. You will find plenty of storage space as well as a working area, which is great to have your belongings well organized.
The third room is also fitted with three single beds and great mattresses, this guarantees everyone will be able to relax and take comfort after a day exploring.
Bedroom four is a study room with a single built-in bed.

Our gorgeous bathrooms are modern, nice and the perfect place to freshen up - kids can enjoy the fantastic showers and fluffy white towels and toiletries are provided.

And this apartment features a fully furnished kitchen with everything you need to make meal preparation easy. Custom cabinets provide plenty of space to store your family’s favorite groceries, and modern appliances, including a whisper-quiet dishwasher, make it easy to cook meals for your hungry crew.
Start a pot of coffee in the mornings, and eat breakfast together in the cozy breakfast nook overlooking the beautiful temple.
The lounge area sits in the center of the apartment, making it easy to move about the space. You’ll find high-end couches, abstract art work, and contemporary fixtures and decor. The mostly white space accented with pops of color is the perfect spot to catch up with conversation or watch TV.

There is balcony connected to this unit, staying here allows you to step out of your front door and be immersed in the culture and beauty of Barcelona. You are just a short walk away or metro ride from patio cafes, restaurants, sidewalk boutiques, and some of Spain’s most iconic and historic landmarks.
Plenty of space in the common area and the building has a wonderful shared swimming pool, which will be a delight during the summertime.

Property Manager is committed to our owners that their flats are protected during bookings. For that reason, we require all of our guests to pay a €300 damage deposit fee. However as an alternative, we can offer you the option to waive this payment by purchasing a non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver for €25 which will cover your liability for up to €300 of property damage during your stay. Also, please note the damage deposit is subject to a €10 administration fee which would be deducted from your chosen payment method.
