The NEWLY BUILT vacation apartment in the immediate vicinity of the beach was only completed in 2025. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living and dining area. The highlight of the apartment is also the balcony with a view of the sea.
Sensibly, luxuriously and modernly furnished, the accommodation has 80m² of living space and also offers its own underground parking space, which eliminates the hassle of searching for a parking space.
Around 45 minutes’ drive along the coast from Malaga airport, the apartment is located in the beautiful heart of Estepona. The sandy beach “Playa de la Rada” with its beach bars and great promenade is only 100m away. The old town center is about a 10-minute walk away. Here you will find numerous shopping opportunities, the unique flair of a former fishing village with countless little streets, which are always lovingly decorated with flowers. Numerous restaurants also offer something for everyone’s palate.
Bicycle and scooter hire are available in the immediate vicinity, as are supermarkets and pharmacies. The harbor is just a 600m walk from the apartment along the promenade.
Insider tip: To get to the harbor, you walk right past an unmissable skyscraper, the Mirador del Carmen. This is a 12-storey building on top of which there is a restaurant/bar with a great viewing platform. Breakfast is also served here! If you pay the 3 euros for the elevator in the foyer at the bottom, you get to Estepona’s most beautiful viewpoint. And by the way: the 3 euros are deducted from your food and drink consumption.
In the wider area surrounding the apartment, you will find the Selwo Aventura leisure park, which is always worth a visit, the Aquamijas water park, which has something for all ages, the monkey rock in Gibraltar, which is a must-see, and much, much more. And for those who would like to enjoy a day of “winter” after the mild summer climate of the Costa de Sol, the Sierra Nevada mountains are around 2.5 hours away by car.
The accommodation itself also has barrier-free access, elevator, balcony with lounge furniture, washer-dryer, iron/ironing board, WiFi, hairdryer in every bathroom, alarm system, a private pool with lounge, air conditioning, 2 TVs with satellite or internet connection, radio, spacious sofa and dining table. The bedrooms have a double bed measuring 200x200cm or two single beds measuring 90x200cm, which can also be pushed together.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens and Smeg appliances and includes a kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and of course all cooking utensils such as pans and pots, as well as cutlery and crockery.
Our motto for the apartment is: Go there and go on vacation. It has everything you need to have a great time in Estepona.

Estepona's allure lies in its ability to offer a tranquil escape while providing a rich tapestry of cultural and recreational activities.
The heart of Estepona is its historic old town, a picturesque area where narrow, flower-lined streets lead to quaint squares such as Plaza de las Flores. Here, the essence of Andalusian culture is palpable, with whitewashed buildings, wrought-iron balconies brimming with geraniums, and the occasional tapas bar offering a slice of local life.
Estepona's coastline stretches over 20 kilometers, featuring pristine beaches like Playa del Cristo and Playa La Rada, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and a variety of water sports. The palm-fringed promenade, Paseo Marítimo, is ideal for leisurely strolls with views of the Mediterranean Sea.
For those interested in botany and green spaces, Estepona does not disappoint. The town is home to a spectacular Orchidarium, boasting a collection of over 5,000 plants and an impressive array of orchid species. Additionally, the town's commitment to beautification is evident in the many murals that adorn building facades, adding vibrant splashes of color to the urban landscape.
Cultural enthusiasts will find Estepona's museums and galleries intriguing. The Municipal Museum offers insights into the town's history, while the Bullfight Museum pays homage to one of Spain's most traditional spectacles. Estepona also hosts numerous festivals throughout the year, including the colorful Feria y Fiestas Mayores, which showcases the best of local music, dance, and cuisine.
Gastronomy in Estepona is a delightful journey through Andalusian flavors, with seafood being a staple. The town's marina is lined with restaurants and bars where one can savor fresh sardines, grilled octopus, and other Mediterranean delicacies, often accompanied by a glass of local wine.
