Please note that the garage has been transformed into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. Your vacation home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, with our team committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A refundable security deposit of $500 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card by our system, prior to your arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold. If you’d like to add heating for the pool and spa, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it. This service is $35 per day and will be invoiced separately. We kindly request at least one week’s notice. Please note that during cold or rainy weather, using the pool is not recommended. The pool is serviced weekly, and after rain, some debris may wash in, temporarily affecting water clarity. Perfect for large families and groups, this 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home accommodates over 16 guests and offers a premium stay just a short drive from Orlando’s top attractions. Check-out is at 10 AM. Housekeeping is scheduled immediately after check-out to prepare the home for incoming guests. Late check-outs can impact cleaning schedules and may result in a fee of up to $300. As a self-catering home, we do not restock supplies during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a single roll of toilet paper. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads, and the kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is provided, though coffee is not. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please notify us upon check-in so we can replenish supplies.
