Relax Garden House is a bright and welcoming 2-bedroom home, perfect for those who value comfort, tranquility, and quality time with family or friends. Accommodating up to 4 guests, it features a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, both designed to ensure restful nights and privacy. The home also includes a spacious living room ideal for relaxing, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry area, making the stay practical and comfortable. The bathroom with shower serves all guests efficiently. Outside, the barbecue area and dining space provide a perfect setting for outdoor gatherings, while enjoying the calm and serene surroundings of the property. Striking the perfect balance between comfort and privacy, Relax Garden House is an ideal retreat to escape the city pace, take in the natural beauty of the region, and enjoy a peaceful stay. AREA Located in a quiet area of Calheta, Relax Garden House offers quick access to local attractions and is an excellent base to explore Madeira at a relaxed pace, surrounded by nature and serenity. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. ATTENTION We inform that a Municipal Tourist Ecotax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Calheta. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee. RULES We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.
