The Landes nature is right at your doorstep! Please note that Rue de Pitéou, where your villa is located, lies within a natural area. The homes here sit on large plots, partly on protected natural land. Behind the villa, the terrain can be marshy in winter and spring. The local Landes flora and fauna are all around you — deer and wild boar sometimes wander nearby in complete peace and safety — part of the authentic local landscape! You can walk all around the house; the brand-new pool (built in 2025) and its tiled and wooden terrace are on the south-west side. Please note: there is a slight overlook from the neighboring property’s pool area, as the hedge separating the two gardens is still growing and not yet fully dense.
