The living / dining room is very spacious and allows direct access to the terrace (at the front of the villa) or to the garden and the petanque court (located at the back of the villa). The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso and Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, juicer, etc. On the garden level, there are three bedrooms : Bedroom 1: Queen Size bed 160 * 200 with private shower room and toilet and access to terrace and swimming pool. Bedroom 2: Queen Size bed 160 * 200 with private shower room and toilet. The swimming pool is heated and fully secured with a barrier and a gate. Ideal for children. Around the pool, several sunbathing areas. Under the arbor, a dining area is equipped with a gas plancha. A petanque court has been set up at the back of the villa to enjoy long summer evenings with friends or family while having fun. A parking area for up to 4 cars inside the property is available.
