Trulli Maria is a charming holiday home located in the heart of Puglia, in the municipality of Ceglie Messapica, Brindisi, within the renowned Valle d'Itria, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The property is 2.5 km from the nearest town with all services, and with easy drive is possible to reach the Adriatic coast, and some of most beautiful cities of the region such as the white city of Ostuni, and the Trulli capital of Alberobello.
The entire property is set in a 2-hectare agricultural plot, featuring olive and almond groves, as well as a garden with ornamental plants, hedges, and shrubs. The residential area consists of a series of traditional Trulli and a separate Dependance, providing ample space for a comfortable stay.
The pool area is equipped with a covered gazebo with a dining table, a covered lounge with sofas, a full bathroom with a washing machine, and an outdoor shower. The property also offers a games area with bocce and table tennis, as well as a fitness area.
The main Trulli can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child. The main entrance leads to the living room, which is furnished with armchairs and a decorative fireplace, stereo system, and TV. The right alcove houses a table with seating, while the left alcove is designed as a wine room, ideal for wine tasting, featuring a wine cooler and a wine fridge. From the living room, an opening and two corridors lead to the Master Suite, with a King-size bed and a bathroom with a shower. The side alcove serves as a walk-in closet and includes a single sofa bed. The Black and White room features a Queen-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a small seating area with a sofa and armchair. Both rooms have direct access to the outside.
The Trulli are also equipped with a covered veranda, furnished with sofas and a large dining table. There is a wood-burning stove, a wood-fired oven, and a fully equipped main kitchen with a fridge/freezer, 4 gas burners, an electric oven, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A second outdoor kitchen, with an integrated fridge, sink, 2 induction burners, and a barbecue, overlooks the pool area.
The separate Dependance can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. It consists of a covered veranda, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a second room with a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower. In total, the property can accommodate 6 adults (3 double bedrooms) and 2 children in two single rooms. There are 4 bathrooms in total, and all bedrooms, the living room, and the main veranda are equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort.
