No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans and tower fans are provided for your comfort. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries. Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, three twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats by making advance arrangements with our office. Laundry: A washer and dryer are located in the garage, with complimentary laundry supplies provided. Do not place sandy items in the washer or dryer. Please shake out all sand outdoors before using the appliances. Parking: Four designated parking spaces, two in the garage and two in the driveway. Mid-size vehicles are recommended for garage parking spaces, compact vehicles are recommended for driveway parking spaces. When using the driveway, please ensure your vehicle does not block the sidewalk at any time. Street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available. Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older. Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
