This gets you 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands for this 1 bedroom + bunk unit. You will receive the link to register in your Welcome Guide-3 days before arrival. -The person reserving the home must be at least 25 years old and is fully responsible for all guests. This individual must be present at check-in and remain for the full stay. -Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed within the unit or surrounding areas and will result in a $500 penalty. -Basic starter items are included for your arrival, but these are not replenished during your stay. -Guests are sent an electronic Welcome Guide prior to check-in with entry codes, house details, and area highlights. -Animals are not allowed on the premises. -Beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own for beach use.
