This stunning, upgraded two-story home offers ample space for the whole family. It features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, and an upstairs game room for the kids. The upstairs floor has four bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a California king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The three other upstairs bedrooms also have California king beds and share a hallway bathroom. Downstairs is another bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom on the main floor for its use. The open-concept family room and kitchen provide plenty of space for family gatherings. The kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. 1 GIG Internet Service w/wifi Outside, you can enjoy our beautiful backyard oasis with a heated in-ground rock pool and jacuzzi. The pool features a built-in waterslide to keep the kids entertained for hours. Additionally, there is an outdoor grill, fire pit, and patio with an outdoor dining table and seating. There is a pack ’n play, strollers, highchair, and booster seat for your infants and toddlers. A full-size washer and dryer are also in the home. In addition, the house has central air and heat. The couch has a queen pull-out mattress. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 83, and jacuzzi to 102 This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3 in our driveway only - NO Street Parking. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. 3 Night minimum rental No Outside Music of Any Kind No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply. *All Major credit cards and checks are accepted. A refundable $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking. A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking. Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder’s name and address must match the booking’s details. If there is a mismatch, last-minute bookings will be rejected.
