Perfect for three families, this beautiful 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home has two Cal-King master bedrooms with ensuites, one queen bedroom, and two Full-over-Full Bunkbeds. The home has upgraded carpet in all the bedrooms and tile and wood laminate floors throughout the common areas.
A partial open-concept kitchen with custom paneled cabinetry, upgraded hardware, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The dining room comfortably seats ten, with additional seating at the kitchen granite bar. A half bath and Full-size washer and dryer are located right off the living room. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
The main living room has a 55"+ TV, and All bedrooms have 42" TV. The house has 200 mg high-speed wireless internet.
The game room in the garage has a Stiga ping pong table & a billiards table. In addition, there are strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats for your infants and toddlers.
Relax from your long day in the home’s tropical rock pool (saltwater pool), which has a waterfall and jacuzzi. There is ample outdoor seating and a built-in natural gas BBQ.
This house SLEEPS 13 in beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANYTIME (Includes overnight guests and visitors combined).
Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
