The accommodation is composed of a large terrace with unobstructed views, a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, large storage spaces, a bathroom with shower, an independent kitchen, a living room with sofa and television, separate toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and kettle.
Some visitor parking spaces are available in the condominium but it is absolutely not guaranteed that they will be available, especially in the evening.

Access
The accommodation is located at the bottom of the Cimiez district, close to the city center, the nearest tram stops (linens 1 & 2) are on Place Garibaldi.
The apartment is fully equipped. Sheets and towels are provided and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood
The apartment is located at the very bottom of the quiet residential area of Bas Cimiez, a few steps from the city center which is accessible very quickly by walking.
Place Garibaldi is a 5-10 minute walk. Restaurants, bars and shops await you, all 2 steps from the Old Town and the Port... Without forgetting the beach and the Promenade des Anglais.
Transit
Access to the accommodation from the airport is possible by public transport: take tram line n°2 towards Port Lympia and stop at the Garibaldi/Le Château stop.
The journey takes about 40 minutes and this stop is located 500m from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private vehicle transfer from the airport to the apartment.
The bus 100 to Menton via Monaco takes you to the Port of Nice, which is less than 1 km away.
La Gare SNCF Nice Ville is located near by tram allowing you to visit Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even Italy easily.

The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
