Beaumont Living offers considered inner-city living in one of Auckland’s most desirable waterfront precincts, Wynyard Quarter. The layout includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, arranged to support both privacy and ease of living. Open-plan interiors extend to a private terrace, creating a natural connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Quality finishes, modern appliances, and secure building access ensure a comfortable and well-appointed stay, with the added benefit of a secure car park.
Living Areas
The main living area is open and functional, designed to transition easily between relaxing, dining, and working. Large sliding doors connect seamlessly to the terrace, creating a natural indoor-outdoor flow suited to both everyday living and entertaining. The kitchen is modern and well-appointed with quality appliances and generous bench space. A dedicated dining zone and comfortable lounge area complete a space that feels both considered and effortless.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Two equally well-appointed bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for up to four guests, each positioned to offer privacy and separation from the main living areas.
The primary bedroom includes a king bed, a walk-through wardrobe, and a private ensuite finished with contemporary fittings. The second bedroom features a queen bed with built-in wardrobe storage and is serviced by a second full bathroom located nearby. Both rooms include quality bedding, blackout curtains, and soft lighting, creating a calm and comfortable environment suited to longer stays.
Outdoor Living
The private terrace extends directly from the living area, offering a sheltered outdoor setting for dining or relaxing in the afternoon sun. Within the development, residents also have access to a large, landscaped central courtyard garden, providing an additional quiet space that feels removed from the energy of the surrounding city.
The Location
Located in the heart of Wynyard Quarter, this apartment places you within walking distance of Auckland’s waterfront lifestyle. North Wharf’s restaurants and bars, the Auckland Fish Market, ASB Waterfront Theatre, and Commercial Bay are all easily reached on foot, along with Britomart transport links via the nearby pedestrian bridge. The area is known for its balance of green spaces, waterfront walkways, and a strong dining and cultural scene, making it one of the city’s most desirable neighbourhoods to stay.
Damage and Incidentals:
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay. Any such damage may result in additional charges to cover repair or replacement costs.
The property reserves the right to charge for any incidentals or additional services requested by the guest.
Pet Policy:
We have a zero-pet policy. If we detect that pets have been in the home, any resulting damage or additional cleaning required may incur extra charges, which will be billed to your account.
Smoking Policy:
Please do not smoke or vape inside the home or anywhere on the property. If we detect any signs of smoking, including odors or residue, additional cleaning fees may apply, and these charges will be billed to your account.
Liability Disclaimer:
The property owner or Property Manager is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the guest’s stay, including but not limited to personal belongings, vehicles, or valuables.
Compliance with Rules and Regulations:
We have zero tolerance for parties. If one is reported, we must call local law enforcement immediately. Please respect your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Security call-out fees will be applied and charged to your account.
Lost Keys:
Keys and swipes are valuable, so please handle them with care. If lost, a replacement fee will be applied to your account. If you lock yourself out, you will be responsible for the cost of delivering a spare key.
Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.
Left Luggage:
Unfortunately, we cannot store luggage at the apartment. There are a couple of options for leaving your luggage around the CBD before your check-in time of 3 pm.
Fire and Evacuation Procedures:
Please refer to the procedures in the front of the building manual.
Property Inspections:
For stays of 21 days or longer, Property Manager reserves the right to conduct a property inspection at intervals of no less than every 21 days. Guests will be given reasonable prior notice of any scheduled inspection. Inspections will be carried out at a mutually convenient time with respect for guest privacy.
Truvi:
To ensure a safe and secure experience for both our guests and property owners, we partner with Truvi for a quick and seamless guest verification process. You will be asked to pay a small damage waiver via third-party provider Truvi to protect up to $500 in case of accidental damage during your stay. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in. Once this process is complete, you will receive all check-in instructions two days before arrival.
