The adjacent butler’s pantry features a Nespresso coffee machine and a European-style laundry. Sleeping: The upstairs main bedroom is accessed via an open timber staircase and features a king bed, complete with a retreat/second living space, built-in robes, dressing table, study nook and a sunny private balcony with cityscape views. A separate external first-floor home office/study with access from the main bedroom upstairs or via a spiral staircase in the rear courtyard. The study includes a single bed, split system and desk, noting that the bathroom facilities are located within the house. Bathroom 1 (downstairs): Separate shower, single vanity, toilet and spa bath. Bathroom 2 (upstairs): Semi-ensuite for Bedroom 3, shower, single vanity and toilet. Laundry: A European-style laundry is located in the butler’s pantry and includes a washing machine and dryer. Outdoor: Outdoor entertaining and dining area with seating for 6 guests. Cook up a storm on the built-in gas BBQ. A hot and cold outdoor shower is perfect for washing off the sand from the nearby beach.
