Graça’s Place is a modern and spacious apartment, ideal for families and groups up to four people.
The apartment has 103 m2 and comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.6 x 2.0 m) and another with two single beds (0.9 x 2.0 m), a living room with dining table, kitchen, two bathrooms, balcony with sea view and private parking.
The apartment is equipped with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), TV with international channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
OBSERVATIONS
Cleaning is done before entry and there is a weekly cleaning, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
Due to the island’s climate, insects may unexpectedly occur. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean food scraps and keep food well packaged.
The use of repellent is recommended for people sensitive to mosquito bites when moving around the island.
There is a road nearby and, therefore, there may be traffic noise, which is attenuated by closing the windows.
An increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.
LOCATION
The apartment is located in a residential area near the city centre. In the short distance, there are several restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and attraction centres. It is approximately 1000 m from La Vie Shopping Centre and 1600 metres from Funchal Marina.
The apartment has easy pedestrian access to the city centre, bus stops near the building and it is easy to drive to and from the main road axes.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties and behaviours that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not permitted, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and mode of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. For in-person check-in, scheduling is required and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time slot may be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be asked to present an identification document upon arrival and provide missing identification data to comply with legal requirements.
5. Any breakages, incidents or cleaning failures must be reported as soon as they are detected so they can be verified and addressed in a timely manner during the stay. Problems reported late with the mere intention of obtaining a refund will not be considered.
6. Guests must inform about allergies, constraints or special needs before or immediately after the booking to verify compliance and take appropriate measures.
