Set on a 1.25-acre wooded lot less than two miles from Townline Beach, this luxurious home is a vacation dream! The open design of the living room, dining room, and kitchen, high ceilings, majestic stone fireplace, and natural light draw you in. Elegant furnishings and stylish decor, plus a pool, huge deck, and screened gazebo invite you to relax. Gather around the kitchen’s large center island or breakfast nook for coffee. Relax by the outdoor fireplace and count the stars. Boom.
Stepping inside Gray Haven, you and your guests will find yourselves immediately relaxing and breathing easy, given the spacious, rich atmosphere created by the vaulted ceilings and magnificent views of the surrounding woods, the pool, and large deck through the home’s expansive windows. Add to that the breathtaking natural light and stylish, hand-selected furniture, artwork, and accessories, and you’re living large!
Enjoy a glass of your favorite beverage while unwinding in front of a fire in the magnificent stone fireplace. Or cozy up to a movie or show on the living room’s flat-screen TV. Either way, we’ve got you covered. The roomy kitchen features high-end appliances for making scrumptious vacation meals, as well as a huge center island that our guests say is a popular gathering spot for morning coffee. And by the way, we provide you with premium coffee and fixings. There’s a sweet dining area, too, that looks out onto the lush outdoor surroundings. If you’re in the mood for some “me time” or prefer chilling with a book, there’s a cushy, well-lit spot upstairs that’ll do nicely.
All four bedrooms are spacious and stylishly appointed, have plenty of storage, great natural light, and come with top-quality bedding and linens to ensure a sound sleep and sweet dreams. The main floor’s primary bedroom is beautifully designed with an elegant Asian motif and has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.

Each of the three bathrooms comes with deluxe fixtures and finishes, some featuring walk-in showers, and others offering shower-soaker tub combos. The primary bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in stone-tile shower with a rain showerhead. One bathroom also includes a washer-dryer combo and all the essentials to meet your and your guests’ laundering needs.
Some of what makes Gray Haven such a great vacation rental are its outdoor living amenities. As you walk outside, you’ll find the serenity of the woods around you breathtaking. And then there’s an awesome pool awaiting you, with an adjacent wraparound deck, a patio dining set, comfy chairs, and chaise lounges—all calling your name for swimming, chilling, and sunbathing. Guests also love hanging out in the screened gazebo not far from the pool, which has plenty of views of the forested ravine, plus a hammock and super-comfy chairs. At night, you will surely want to check out the brick patio’s outdoor fireplace, where you can sip wine and chat about the good life you’ll all be enjoying!
Besides being near the majestic, crystalline sand beaches of Lake Michigan and great spots to eat, drink, and be merry in Union Pier, as well as its stylish boutiques and quaint antique shops, you’re also super-close to the many popular restaurants, coffee shops, distinguished art galleries, and unique shops of downtown New Buffalo! Plus, you can enjoy the countless activities afforded by being a stone’s throw from the region’s largest recreational harbor—including boat, jet-ski, kayak, paddleboard, and other watercraft rentals, as well as fishing expeditions and day or evening cruises—and all sorts of woodland, lake, and riverside parks with hiking and biking trails galore.
In addition, Warren Dunes State Park is close by, with its 2,000 acres of amazing sand dunes, gorgeous beachfront, wetland trails, and extraordinary birdwatching! Many of our guests also relish visiting New Buffalo’s Oselka Park, which has baseball fields, playground equipment, and tennis courts. To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.
All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home’s Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.

The pool is seasonal and will be open from Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day. Specific Open and closure dates are scheduled by the local pool vendor.
We welcome up to one dog at this home at no additional charge. Please include your dog in the reservation details or let our team know after booking.
A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party, up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
