The gourmet kitchen has a granite island and high-end appliances. The master suite offers a gas fireplace and a private balcony with Lake Michigan views. A lounge with a Peloton bike is also included. Three main-floor bedrooms share 1.5 baths. The screened porch overlooks the deck, pool, fire pit, and kids’ play equipment. Main Destination’s stunning open floor plan includes a gorgeous 2-story great room anchored by a stone fireplace flanked by large windows with motorized, remote-controlled shades. The gourmet, eat-in kitchen has a gas cooktop and an island that seats 4, with the adjacent dining table seating 8. Doors off the main social areas lead to a nice screened porch and expansive deck with BBQ overlooking the heated pool, fire pit, and play equipment for kids. Outdoor seating includes a table for 4 as well as a large table with bench seating for 8-10. There is also a gas grill on the outside deck. Each bedroom is a perfect combination of comfort and style—we use only high-quality bedding and linens to ensure a good night’s sleep. All the furnishings and décor are hand-selected for both aesthetic appeal and practical use. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation. The minimum age to rent this home is 25. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct. The pool is seasonal and will be open from Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day. Specific Open and closure dates are scheduled by the local pool vendor. We welcome up to 2 dogs at this home at no additional charge. One is the Ring doorbell on the front, one is on the side door along the garage, and two are on the back of the house.
