This exclusive, comfortable vacation apartment is located on the second floor of a small condominium with only three units.
Spacious balconies line the newly furnished rooms on both sides, overlooking the protected beach and sea, on the one hand, and the pine-lined promenade with views of the verdant olive groves and vineyards on the other.
Accessible by elevator or stairs, the apartment opens onto a hallway that provides direct access to the two bedrooms, the bathroom, and the living area. The two bedrooms are furnished with king-size (200x180) and queen-size (200x140) double beds, respectively, large wardrobes, and a desk. They offer direct access to the spacious southwest-facing balcony with comfortable lounge chairs. A high-quality sofa bed (200x160) in the living room completes the accommodation for up to 6 people.
Early risers can enjoy the sunrise over the sea on the balcony off the living and dining room, serving breakfast quickly via the short walk from the fully equipped kitchen.
