This listing is for the cottage house ONLY. A locked wooden fence separates the two rental units to ensure privacy for guests. The cottage house has exclusive access to the hot tub and outdoor dining area. Guests may be renting the main house during your stay, but they will not have access to your outdoor spaces. They have their own private entrance and separate parking area. Please inquire if you are interested in reserving both homes together. There are approximately three steps leading from the driveway to the front door, and the home does not offer dedicated wheelchair access. The bathroom is located on the first floor, while both bedrooms are located on the second floor. The interior staircase to the second floor has fourteen steps. There are two bike rentals within a 15 minute walk from our home; Young’s Bicycle Shop and Sandy Pedals Bikes. But, if cycling isn’t your speed, Affordable Rentals is also a 15 minute walk away in Downtown. Just remember to bike safely and wear a helmet! *IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS*   -We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental.
