Escape to your private lakefront retreat & experience the best of Northern Michigan! Perfect for families & groups, this property includes two homes on Lake Charlevoix, sleeping up to 12 guests, with a lake-view hot tub, spacious deck, & lakefront views.
The Property:
Main House: 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6
Bunkhouse: 1 bedroom, sleeps 6 and full kitchen
Outdoor & Lake:
Spend your days swimming from private dock, lounging on sun-soaked deck, or enjoying Solo Stove fire pit on the lake-view deck.
Please inquire about pets (and service animals) before bringing them.
We do have a $150 pet fee and a 3 pet max.
The dock can not support a boat being tied to it. If you’d like to bring your boat we can suggest local marinas to rent a slip from just a couple miles away. You can drive your boat over to the property and pick up things from the dock. Just no prolonged tying up. The waves of Lake Charlevoix are too rough in this area to leave a boat for an extended period of time.
I live locally and are available in person if there is need to be. Otherwise we let you have your space. We are available via phone any time for concerns or questions
