This home does not have AC but has great lake breeze instead. Pet friendly too- please inquire. This home does not have AC. It does have fans in all of the rooms so you can enjoy that lake breeze. All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules. We do allow pets for an additional fee. Please inquire as to our pet policy. Bringing pets without contacting us may result in a cancelation of your reservation and keeping of your security deposit. We live locally and are available in person when needed.
