This home does not have AC but has great lake breeze instead.

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
We do allow pets for an additional fee. Please inquire as to our pet policy. Bringing pets without contacting us may result in a cancelation of your reservation and keeping of your security deposit.
We live locally and are available in person when needed. Otherwise we give you space to enjoy the area.

Enjoy direct access to your private dock on Lake Charlevoix (located just across the road from the home). Launch a kayak, float in the clear water, or lounge on the dock with a good book as boats drift by. Life jackets for kayaks (2) are provided to make your lake days easy and comfortable.
After a full day outdoors, relax in the year-round hot tub on the spacious deck while taking in panoramic lake views. Whether you’re visiting in the heat of summer or during peaceful fall evenings, the lake is always the star of the show.
Please note: the dock is available for loading and unloading only; boats may not be tied overnight. No diving off of dock- water is shallow.
