Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received. Nonrefundable Fees: Please note the booking fee and credit card processing fee are non refundable and are due at the time of booking. Ski access and trail conditions are subject to natural snowfall, grooming, and resort operations, which are outside the control of Property Manager. Travel delays, weather conditions, and resort access limitations do not qualify for refunds, and guests are encouraged to consider travel insurance.
