Rental Agreement: All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Property Manager in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email. Please note additional cleaning services may be required based upon the size of your group. If so, a Property Manager representative will contact you to discuss.
Check In Instructions: Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.
Nonrefundable Fees: Please note the booking fee and credit card processing fee are non refundable and are due at the time of booking.
Ski access and trail conditions are subject to natural snowfall, grooming, and resort operations, which are outside the control of Property Manager. Travel delays, weather conditions, and resort access limitations do not qualify for refunds, and guests are encouraged to consider travel insurance.
