Villa Polistena is located in Polistena, a town within the Plain of Gioia Tauro, in Calabria region.
The property boasts a large fenced garden (3,500 m2) with lawn, trees and typical Mediterranean vegetation.
Under the patio, a large dining table allows you to spend alfresco meals, surrounded by nature and a unique atmosphere.
Inside the garden there is a beautiful round-shaped pool, open from April to November, and equipped with sun loungers, outdoor shower, and gazebo with lounge area.
Moreover, among the outdoor spaces you will find a spacious panoramic terrace, furnished with table, chairs and an outdoor hot tub (open from May to October). The terrace offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, the sea, and the Stromboli volcano.
Lastly at guests’ disposal a barbecue area and a private parking (with 4 covered places and 10 uncovered places).
