Inside, the condo features an open-concept living and dining area filled with natural light and designed for comfort. The spacious bedroom provides a relaxing escape with ample closet space, while the full bathroom is clean and well-appointed. The kitchen offers plenty of cabinetry and workspace, making it easy to prepare meals after a day on the water. Large windows allow you to enjoy waterfront views right from your living space. Walk out the back patio to the canal where visitors can fish directly off the bulkhead. If you have a boat, slips are available to the right of the building. Kontiki visitors have access to the 800-foot fishing pier located behind the condo building, and past the Bayfront Condos at Kontiki. There is an adjoined fishing bridge between the Kontiki Beach Resort building and the condos behind it. There are fish cleaning stations on both piers and barbecue grills located on the property near the gazebos for outdoor cooking.
