This updated three-story main home offers four bedrooms — each with a private en-suite bath — plus a half bath on the first floor. Maximum occupancy is 11 guests. The third-floor bunk room is an open space and best suited for children. Enjoy five private balconies and porches, a cobblestone patio with a rattan swing, gas grill, and fire pit, and a garage game room with ping pong, darts, and beach storage. Inside features wood floors, crisp white interiors, abundant natural light, and French doors throughout. The open living area features coastal accents and a 70” Smart TV. The dining table comfortably seats eight, and the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, bar seating, and a convenient countertop ice maker. Area Attractions: Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in The Truman Show with Jim Carrey.  Its  incredible architecture has helped to make it famous, but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer’s Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you’ll find it all right here.  Rosemary Beach and Aly’s Beach is only minutes away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old World style town center with coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops.  Check out the open-air markets on the weekends.  30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you’ll find it all right here. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
