Perfectly located between Killington and Okemo resorts, this modern-rustic retreat features vaulted pine ceilings, wide windows, and a spacious open floor plan ideal for families and small groups.
The great room offers a gas fireplace and panoramic Green Mountain views. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, stone countertops, and everything needed for easy meals at home. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king bed and private bath. The lower level adds two more bedrooms, a full bath, laundry, and a second lounge area for movie nights or kids’ space.
Step outside to a wraparound deck with grill and outdoor dining area, or unwind in the private hot tub. Evenings by the fire pit are peaceful and star-filled, surrounded by quiet woods.
RoundTop Chalet sits just nine minutes from the Killington Skyeship Gondola, seventeen minutes from Okemo Mountain Resort, and twenty-three minutes from Pico Mountain. Lakes, hiking trails, and snowmobile routes are all close by. Guests who book this home through Property Manager Vacation Rentals can access limited discounts on Killington lift tickets and ski-rental gear, available while supplies last.

Notes:
• Round Top Rd. can get slippery in the winter. The road and driveway are frequently plowed, but drivers coming up during the winter should have AWD, 4X4, or chains as needed.

• The hot tub is included for the peak ski season (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $195 set up fee. You understand use of hot tub and sauna is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
• Our minimum rental age is 25.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks to come and go as you please and for contactless check in and out.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outside. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
• For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the house pointed at the driveway which records all the time. Cameras are not in any of the living areas.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
