Magnificent villa located in the municipality of Llubí, with 6 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people, ideal for enjoying a peaceful holiday in the heart of Mallorca. The accommodation has approximately 250 m² and is surrounded by nature, offering a very pleasant rural setting with beautiful views of the Mallorcan countryside.
The property is completely fenced and accessed through a large wrought iron gate, with exterior parking within the same estate for several vehicles. Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious garden with rest areas, 75 m² of terraces, a fantastic private swimming pool surrounded by lawn, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a large barbecue area perfect for outdoor meals. There are also different spaces to relax, such as a cosy cobblestone patio with shade, a large covered terrace for dining and a pleasant living area with an outdoor fireplace.
In an annex building, there is a washing machine and an additional complete bathroom, which provides greater comfort during the stay.
Inside the dwelling, upon entering, we find a spacious and cosy living-dining room with comfortable sofas, fireplace, television, WiFi connection and direct access to the covered terrace. The independent gas kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, offering everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
The house has 6 bedrooms with double beds.
On the ground floor, there are two renovated bedrooms with a modern and bright style, both with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to terraces and gardens; one of them also has a modern bathtub.
Climbing the traditional staircase from the living room, one reaches a mezzanine where two other bedrooms are located. One of them has a complete en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other has an open en-suite bathroom and stands out for its raised bathtub with views of the garden and countryside, as well as direct access to one of the terraces.
On the upper floor are the last two bedrooms, decorated in a traditional Mallorcan style, with exposed wooden beams, which provide an authentic and welcoming character to the dwelling.
The villa also has air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, alarm, children’s area, iron, hairdryer, wifi internet, barbecue, fireplace and 1 television.
Located just a few minutes by car from the village of Muro and about 15 minutes from the beaches of Can Picafort, this estate is perfect for those seeking tranquillity, privacy and the authentic experience of the Mallorcan countryside, without giving up proximity to services, restaurants and beaches.
