Accommodating up to six guests, this condo offers extra privacy from its corner location while placing you close to the beach and the charming coastal towns that make this area so special. Spend your mornings walking to the sugar-white sand and Gulf waters with your furry companion, biking along the scenic 30A path, or visiting nearby Seaside, WaterColor, and Grayton Beach for dining and shopping. Fresh seafood restaurants, local cafés, and coastal boutiques are all just minutes away, giving you plenty of ways to enjoy the area like a local. For outdoor meals, a community BBQ grill located just in front of the condo makes cooking simple and enjoyable after a full day along the coast. Beach Access If you’re ready for a beach day, head down to the beach access at the end of San Roy Road, about a 4-minute walk from the condo. This beautiful 2+ acre stretch of beach allows guests to enjoy both the Gulf and nearby Eastern Lake and is the recommended beach access for guests staying at Beachside Villas. For added convenience, Beachside Villas provides seasonal golf cart transportation to and from this beach access from March through October (please call for specific dates). An initial Property Manager amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
