- To use our golf cart and bikes, you must sign our liability waiver in advance with the golf cart and bike rental company and follow their rules.
★ BEACH ACCESS ★
NatureWalk at Seagrove is located 1.5 miles from the various Seagrove public beach accesses. Walk or ride a bike on the Lilly Lane Beach Trail (see photos in the listing) to San Juan Ave., directly to San Juan beach access, or to the Santa Clara Regional Beach Access.
We are close to other several public beach access points:
1. Grayton Beach State Park – 3.3 miles, $5 entry per car or cart.
2. Gulfview Heights – 9.7 miles, easy golf cart ride, good parking, Gulfview Heights Snack Shack is a great stop for beach snacks
3. Ed Walline – 10 miles, lots of parking, located by lots of shops and restaurants including a local favorite, Shunk Gulley!
4. Blue Mountain Regional Access - 8.7 miles, walkable by neighborhood path, some parking available.
5. Dune Allen Beach – 11.3 miles, larger beach access with parking, restrooms, and easy access to Stinky’s Fish Camp for great food and drinks!

✔ Enjoy the trail in the neighborhood, as well as the 30A walking/biking path to explore all the idyllic 30A beach towns like Alys Beach, Rosemary, Seacrest, Prominence/The Big Chill, and Seaside for shopping and dining!
✔ You’ll love exploring Gulf Place, Seaside, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach! You can also arrange fishing charters or rent a double decker with slides pontoon and boat over to Shell Island! Grayton Beach is home to 30A’s famed Underwater Museum of Art - the first underwater permanent sculpture exhibit in the US for scuba divers. So much to do, you better stay longer!

HOUSE RULES
• Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests.
• Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM CST and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM CST.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our home or our outdoor areas
• Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
• Guest will be required to sign a waiver with the golf cart and bike rental company before being given keys and access.
• Pool towels and beach gear are not provided.

Parking:
All cars must be in the driveway. 2 cars maximum (the golf cart can be parked in the garage). Street parking is not allowed, towing is enforced. If you need additional overnight parking, contact Grayton Forest Parking. No Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted.
