There are so many activities to enjoy, including: ✔ Private Beach Access: A pristine stretch of white sand and emerald green water! ✔ Central Destin location with many shops and restaurants and seasonal fireworks shows! ✔ Fun times with easy access to The Back Porch, Big Kahunas Waterpark, The Track, Uncle Bucks Bowling, and more! HOUSE RULES TERRACE AT PELICAN BEACH • Minimum age to book is 25. Primary guest must remain on property for the full stay. (ID will be checked by the front desk) • This is a pet-free property. No guest pets permitted, including emotional support animals. • Check-in begins at 4:00 pm CST | Check-out is by 10:00 am CST • Easy self check-in via personalized door code. Guests will check in with the Pelican Beach front desk to receive up to 2 parking passes and up to 6 total wristbands. Bring your license plate number. All guests must be present to receive amenity wristbands. (Do not unload at the Pelican building!) • Smoking, vaping, drugs, and firearms are not permitted inside the property or on the balcony or outdoor areas. • Maximum occupancy includes all guests of all ages. Exceeding occupancy will result in immediate eviction without refund. • Before departure, please remove trash and food and start the dishwasher.
