This marvellous air-conditioned chalet on Lake Garda has been completely renovated in 2025 and boasts a breathtaking panoramic position immersed in greenery.
The mountain villa is furnished in an alpine modern style, with bright and enveloping tones, and made with high-quality materials to ensure maximum comfort during your holiday on Lake Garda.
The property is developed over 3 total floors.
The basement floor is exclusively occupied by a cellar. The ground floor, directly connected to the garden and terrace, features a spacious and bright living room with a kitchen area and a windowed service bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, bidet, WC and washing machine. Going up to the first and top floor, a high and welcoming attic, there are two bedrooms: a double room and a triple room with a double bed and a single bed raised on a charming mezzanine, as well as a windowed bathroom on the floor with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.
The kitchen corner is equipped with everything necessary for your holiday at Lake Garda and includes a dishwasher, microwave, hob, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery.
You will be fascinated by the outdoor spaces of this villa on Lake Garda: a covered and furnished terrace with a spectacular lake view, as well as a barbecue area also furnished in the wonderful private garden, from which you can enjoy an additional splendid view of Garda. These face West and therefore enjoy the evening sun and offer incredible sunsets.
Among the floors, there is no lift and it is necessary to use the stairs.
Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.
The Chalet Ca’ La Fratela is a splendid villa with a pergola garden and barbecue, with a view of the majestic Lake Garda, located on the slopes of Monte Baldo, just a few minutes’ walk from the intermediate station of the Malcesine cable car. A unique experience to enjoy during your holiday on Lake Garda.
The panoramic location, immersed in greenery, is simply idyllic. It is possible to easily reach the charming centre of Malcesine in about 15 minutes by car or by using the intermediate station of the Monte Baldo cable car, just a few minutes’ walk from the house. From there you can go up to the famous panoramic point or, for walking enthusiasts, walk down to the chalet. In the centre of Malcesine you will find all the services necessary for your holiday on Lake Garda.
Other renowned locations such as Torri del Benaco, Riva del Garda and Garda are reachable in approximately 10–30 minutes by car, depending on traffic. From Malcesine, it is also possible to reach Limone sul Garda by ferry.
Your children will love playing outdoors immersed in nature, breathing the fresh mountain air and observing animals grazing.
This charming chalet, or villa, represents the perfect combination of lake and mountain, which meet in a suggestive landscape with a breathtaking view of Lake Garda.
The structure is equipped with all the necessary comforts for a holiday on Lake Garda: external parking space (note: only accessible with a 4x4 vehicle, alternatively parking is 10 minutes on foot; upon request, the property can offer a transfer from the parking lot), washing machine, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, barbecue, bed linen and towels for free use.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate email if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where animals are allowed, a supplement of € 15.00 / animal / night is provided. Cot, high chair and bed rail are available for a fee and can be booked in advance.
Check-in after 7:00 PM is only possible with prior communication by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presentation of the required documents and payment of the accommodation tax + extras by credit card at check-in.
Heating is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not active if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the indoor temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C).
Air conditioning is active from June to September (during this period, air conditioning is not active if the outside temperature drops below 25°C or if the indoor temperature reaches or drops below 23°C).
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted, unless otherwise indicated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only upon reconfirmation by Property Manager and at an additional variable cost.
In case of electricity, gas or other utility waste, an additional cost is expected (for example: lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with windows open).
It is the guests’ duty to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let out the humidity from the apartment and avoid mould formation. If this rule is not respected and mould is found at the time of guests’ departure, charges for restoring the apartment’s integrity will be applied.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down, therefore the service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with food products such as kitchen spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are to be understood only as a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay.
The payments required to enter the apartment are the accommodation tax + the pre-authorization of the 500€ deposit with a credit card.
The final cleaning amount only covers standard cleaning. It does not include dishwashing and garbage removal from apartments at the indicated points. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, unwashed dishes and unremoved garbage will be modified with a variable supplement, based on the extent of overtime work.
