This conveniently located condo in Gulf Shores features a shared pool and hot tub, as well as an easy walk to restaurants, the warm sand, and water. It also has a private washer/dryer and cable TV, making it the perfect home base for all your Alabama getaway adventures.
Fort Morgan is nine miles away and offers boat launches, water views, and concessions. The Alabama Gulf Zoo and Gulf State Park are also a short drive away, with boardwalks, picnic areas, and sand dunes. Twenty miles away, Adventure Island offers family fun while Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry is ideal for hiking and biking. Nearby Hummingbird Ziplining offers the longest course in Alabama.
Things to know:
Guests will have access to six outdoor pools & two outdoor hot tubs on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds plus one indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna.
The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email.
If you do not have your registration forms to present at check in, you will need to contact the Gulf Shores Office to pick them up. The guard shack cannot provide them for you.
Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted.
The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15.
Access to resort amenities and parking areas may be limited.
