LUVA Concierge can secure a private Chef for you and your guests. The lanai features ample covered dining space for eight people and outdoor seating areas for cocktails and conversation for up to 12. The amazing primary suite features a king size bed, walk-in closet, and soaking tub. Located on the lower level floor, the primary suite is completely private from the rest of the home with it’s own lanai. The second, third and fourth bedrooms are located on the third floor. Bedroom #2 features a king size bed and has its own private bathroom while bedrooms #3 and #4 each contains a queen size bed and share a bathroom. From the top floor, there is a separate entrance with access to the pool and lanai areas, as well as the driveway, making for convenient luggage transfer. Space Primary Suite: King bed, TV, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Includes a large walk-in closet, laundry room, and lanai access.
