Welcome to Seagrove Highlands 1308 – 30A Sunsets and Sandcastles, a 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the gated Seagrove Highlands community of Santa Rosa Beach. Perfect for up to six guests, this residence is just a short stroll from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico and minutes from the charming towns of Seaside, WaterColor, and Grayton Beach. The condo is located on a peaceful lake nestled next to Point Washington State Forest, providing a serene backdrop for your stay.

Step inside to an open layout connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The living area features a plush sofa and TV, with direct access to a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee at the outdoor dining table for four. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, fridge with ice maker, microwave, kitchen island with two bar stools, and a bistro set for two. The dining area seats six, and a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
