This elevated and private home features direct access to the lakefront and walking track, spacious interiors, and every comfort for a relaxing getaway. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is designed to bring people together while showcasing spectacular Queenstown scenery. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining, flowing seamlessly into a spacious dining area and inviting lounge complete with a gas fireplace and Smart TV. A second separate living room offers added flexibility—perfect for families or groups wanting their own space to relax and unwind. With individually controlled ducted heating and air conditioning throughout, every room is tailored for year-round comfort, while the private internal lift ensures effortless access across all three levels.
After a day of exploring, retreat to the two-person infrared sauna for ultimate relaxation. In the winter months, guests will appreciate the dedicated ski storage room, complete with heated boot and glove warmers, perfect for keeping gear dry and ready for the next day on the slopes.
Outdoor Area:
Step outside onto two generous balconies at either side of the home. Fire up the BBQ for long, relaxed evenings or simply unwind with a drink on the cozy chairs as the sun sets over Queenstown. Whether you’re hosting friends or enjoying a quiet moment, these outdoor spaces offer the perfect balance of luxury and serenity.
Guest Access:
Arrival instructions will be sent 48 hours prior to arrival.
Guests have full private access to the entire home, garage, lift, and outdoor spaces. You’ll enjoy uninterrupted use of all features.
Neighborhood:
Situated on Frankton Road, the home offers the best of both worlds - elevated setting with unbeatable views, and easy walking distance to central Queenstown. You’re moments from the Lake Wakatipu foreshore, Queenstown’s scenic walking & cycling track as well as shops, cafes, restaurants & bars.
Interaction:
We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. The Tahuna Team will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm.
Getting Around:
The town centre is just a scenic 10–12 minute walk along the lakeside path, offering a beautiful and easy route into Queenstown (please note the Frankton Track is scheduled to be closed from January 2026 for approximately one year). Alternatively, it’s only a 5-minute drive into town. Local buses conveniently stop on Frankton Road at the top of the driveway, providing easy access to the airport, Frankton shops, and Arrowtown. During the winter months, ski buses also pick up and drop off from the same location, making mountain access effortless.
Other things to note:
The hotel next door is currently under refurbishment, with construction work taking place between 8am-5pm, usually Monday to Friday, expected to continue until late 2026.
Parking is inside an internal garage (door height restriction 2.1m) - coaches or larger vehicles cannot pick-up, drop-off, or park at the site.
The property is located just off Frankton Road down a private lane.
The T&C’s for staying at a Property Manager will be sent to you before arrival.
This property is situated in a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbor’s by keeping noise to a minimum at all times, particularly between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.
In accordance with Queenstown Council regulations, the following rules apply:
No amplified sound or music is permitted in outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Outdoor living areas must be vacated between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
During the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, neighbor’s or the property management company may contact the council to report any noise disturbances or concerns.
