Set directly on the sand in the heart of Cayucos, this thoughtfully designed home offers an authentic Central Coast escape with relaxed comfort, elevated style, and unbeatable proximity to the shore.
Inside, the open-concept layout is bright and welcoming, framed by expansive windows that keep the ocean front and center. The living room invites you to unwind with comfortable seating, a cozy fireplace, and a pull-out couch that comfortably sleeps two, allowing the home to accommodate up to 6 guests with ease. Whether you’re gathering for movie nights, lazy afternoons, or cool coastal evenings by the fire, this space is made for connection. Please note that, like many classic beachfront homes in Cayucos, the property does not have air conditioning—designed instead to let in the natural ocean breeze and the area’s mild coastal climate.
The chef’s kitchen is a true highlight, thoughtfully equipped for guests who love to cook and gather. At its heart is a Lacanche Fontenay Traditional Range, a high-end, European-style appliance prized for its craftsmanship and performance. Paired with premium essentials and generous prep space, the kitchen makes everything from casual breakfasts to fresh seafood dinners feel effortless. A large chef’s table seating eight invites long, lingering meals with ocean views just beyond.
Both bedrooms are designed as private retreats. The primary suite features a king bed and a spa-inspired ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower—perfect for unwinding after a day on the beach. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and its own ensuite walk-in shower, providing comfort and privacy for additional guests.
Step outside and you’re immediately immersed in the beachfront lifestyle. Start your mornings with barefoot walks along the sand, spend afternoons soaking up the sun just steps from your door, and gather around the outdoor firepit in the evening as the sky glows with sunset colors over the Pacific.
Located in charming Cayucos, The Jamie places you close to the iconic Cayucos Pier, local surf breaks, and beloved seaside spots like Duckie’s Chowder House. Explore nearby Morro Bay, enjoy scenic drives along Highway 1, or venture inland to Paso Robles for world-class wine tasting—all within easy reach.
