Spanning 4 spacious levels, this oversized Smoky Mountain retreat comfortably sleeps up to 40 guests and offers parking for approximately 10 vehicles, with additional parking available throughout the resort. Designed with large groups in mind, Rocky Top Lodge is an exceptional choice for family reunions, wedding groups, church retreats, corporate gatherings, and multi family vacations. One of the most unique features of this property is its access to a seasonal shared private inground pool, available exclusively to Rocky Top Lodge and its neighboring cabin, our 12 bedroom Smoky Mountain Lodge. This rare setup gives your group a resort style pool experience with far more privacy than a typical shared amenity and makes this property especially appealing for larger gatherings and special events. With expansive indoor gathering spaces, multiple sleeping arrangements, a private theater room, a huge game room, a massive hot tub, and several outdoor entertaining areas with mountain views, Rocky Top Lodge delivers the space, comfort, and amenities needed to bring everyone together under one roof. Main Level Rocky Top Lodge has 5 steps leading to the front door, where you will enter into the main level. This floor features a spacious open concept layout that combines the dining area, kitchen, and living room into one inviting central gathering space. The dining area is ideal for large group meals, offering seating for 20 at the main table and additional seating for 10 at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen is built to handle a crowd with two side by side refrigerators with icemakers, two glass top stoves, two ovens, two microwaves, two dishwashers, two coffee pots, two toasters, a blender, and standard cooking and eating utensils to accommodate your group. The living room is warm, welcoming, and made for gathering, with a large flat screen TV, natural gas fireplace, and the first sleeper sofa. Bedroom 1: King bed, flat screen TV, electric fireplace, deck access, and a private en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and jetted tub. The main level deck wraps around the cabin and is one of the highlights of the property. Here you will find two natural gas grills, an outdoor gas fireplace, outdoor TV, a large picnic table, and plenty of rocking chairs, all positioned to take advantage of the gorgeous Smoky Mountain views. Third Floor The third floor offers more sleeping space, an additional gathering area, and the private home theater. This level includes a sitting area with a sleeper sofa, creating another comfortable place for guests to spread out. The private theater room features stadium seating for 8, surround sound, and a Blu Ray player. Bedroom 2: Two queen beds, electric fireplace, flat screen TV, deck access, and an attached bathroom with a shower and tub combo. Bedroom 3: Two queen beds, electric fireplace, flat screen TV, deck access, and an attached bathroom with a walk in shower. Shared Private Pool Rocky Top Lodge offers access to a seasonal shared private inground pool that is only shared with one other cabin, our 12 bedroom Smoky Mountain Lodge. This setup allows for a more private and exclusive swimming experience and is perfect for groups booking one or both cabins together. There is also an event space located in-between these two cabins that will be extra cost.
