BEDROOMS:
The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOMS:
The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You may need to restock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to:

- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
- electric kettle
- toaster
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast, such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests may need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a BAUHN smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The apartment includes 1 designated car space in the residential garage. There is also plenty of free 2-hour and 4-hour parking available around the complex.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not walk down the garage ramp, as it is for vehicle access only. The property has a call-out security alarm and fee that will activate if someone walks down the ramp.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building’s BBQ area and common garden throughout your stay. Please note that these facilities are located on Level 6 and require an AirKey for access.
The common areas are managed by building management and can be closed without prior notice. We try our best to provide the most accurate information. Please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
CHECK-IN:
Our concierge team will meet you to hand over your keys. Please confirm your arrival time so we can arrange a smooth check-in.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
