Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.
Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage.

- Extra Guests - This listing is for 6 guests. Two extra guests up to 8 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)
- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.
- Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay.
- Crew - If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.
- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.
