Private gated beach community. Fully updated, relaxing environment comfortably sleeping 6-8 persons, with a view of the Gulf that will constantly remind you that you’re in paradise. This unit includes a primary bedroom with 1 Queen bed and 1 King bed featuring its own private beach views and updated bathroom. An additional queen bed is located in a guest bedroom with its own updated bathroom. A sofa bed is available in the living room, giving this unit the ability to sleep up to eight guests. Upon entering the home, enjoy the comfort of calming modern décor, an open layout, and lots of seating. The granite breakfast bar comes in handy when you need a quick meal before hitting the beach. In every bedroom, you will enjoy a TV for when you’re ready to watch family movies and listen to the waves. Just beyond the living area features a breathtaking balcony overlooking the majestic sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast. At the property, you’ll enjoy a large, seasonally heated beachside pool to make a splash in. Rent some kayaks if you want to get on the water. Go down to the tennis court to play a game of tennis or pickleball during the day or night. On-site exercise gym. Not far down the road, you’ll have access to the beautiful Okaloosa Island Boardwalk with plenty of seafood restaurants, activities, and shops to choose from.
