Relax on your private balcony, accessible from both the living room and the main bedroom, at this bright and roomy beach condo! Enjoy the colorful artwork that hangs in every room; some pieces were even painted by the owner. You’ll love the expansive deck overlooking the complex and the white sand beach as you savor homecooked meals at the balcony table. The second bedroom has direct access to the second bathroom, while the bunk beds provide all sorts of fun for the kids. This resort features two swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a sauna.
Here between Eastern Lake and Deer Lake, you can rent a kayak and experience the rare phenomenon of the coastal dune lakes. Enjoy live music at the Seaside Amphitheater or at The Hub, only two miles east. Watercolor and Grayton Beach offer brewpubs and wine bars for casual nightcaps as well.

Building A is fully completed and open. Building B is undergoing exterior painting and balcony inspections. Building C is experiencing patio railing installation, inspections, and exterior painting.
Due to construction materials, the parking garage underneath Building C is completely blocked. On-site parking is extremely limited, so we strongly encourage bringing only one vehicle per party, if possible. Please expect intermittent noise, dust, and debris during your stay. Thank you for your patience as we improve our property.
