With recently refinished heart-of-pine floors throughout, a freshly repainted interior, and an open floor plan designed for togetherness, this is the kind of place where vacations become memories. The home sleeps 12 across three king bedrooms, a bunk room, and a sleeper sofa — plenty of room for the whole family. The primary king bedroom features a newly renovated en-suite bathroom and opens onto its own private screened-in porch. The second king has its own en-suite as well. The third king and bunk room share a bathroom with double sinks and their own screened-in porch. And when the kids need their space (or the adults need theirs), the two separate living areas on the main floor can be closed off from each other — a rare and welcome feature. Cook up grand meals or pack the perfect beach picnic in the sophisticated kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a formal dining table that seats the whole crew. An extra refrigerator in the garage means you’ll never run out of room for drinks and leftovers. Step outside onto one of four screened-in porches to watch the sunrise with your morning coffee or the sunset with an icy beverage. This home was made for savoring the moment. The golf cart and four bikes are yours to use throughout your stay. For cars, there’s parking for three vehicles in the driveway, with additional parking available at the end of the street. Please note there is no street parking — vehicles left on the street will be towed. The beach is about a mile away, and you’ve got options. Lace up your shoes and take the scenic path through the nature preserves to the San Juan Avenue public beach access — it’s a lovely walk. Prefer wheels? Hop on one of the four bikes we provide, or take the golf cart (included!) to the Santa Clara public beach access, which has parking and a convenient ramp right down to the sand. If you want to explore further, additional public beach access points are close by in Seagrove, Grayton Beach State Park and historic Grayton. The facility has a shallow-access pool, heated lap pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, gas grills, fire pit, kitchenette, shower, restrooms, and a sheltered patio with various tables and chairs.
